Restorative Dentistry in Arlington, TX
Bringing damaged, decayed, or missing teeth back to function and appearance. From simple fillings to full-mouth rehabilitation - done with care, transparency, and proven materials.
When teeth need rebuilding - not just cleaning.
Restorative dentistry covers everything from a small filling to a full-mouth reconstruction. The goal is the same: restore function (chewing, speaking, comfort) and appearance using the most conservative treatment that'll hold up.
We offer fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, partials, and implant restorations. The right treatment depends on how much tooth is left, what's causing the damage, and your overall goals - we'll always lay out options before recommending one.
Why patients choose Restorative Dentistry.
Conservative-first
We always recommend the least-invasive treatment that gives a long-term result - fillings before crowns, crowns before extraction.
Modern materials
Composite fillings, full-zirconia crowns, FDA-cleared implant systems - the materials we use are the standard of care.
Natural-looking results
Color-matched, anatomy-matched, designed to blend invisibly with your existing teeth.
40+ years restorative experience
Three dentists with decades of combined restorative cases - from single fillings to full-mouth reconstructions.

What's the difference between restorative and cosmetic dentistry?
Restorative dentistry fixes damaged, decayed, or missing teeth - function-driven. Cosmetic dentistry changes the appearance of healthy teeth - aesthetics-driven. The two often overlap (a crown is both), and many treatments are both at once.
I have a lot of dental work to catch up on. Where do we even start?
With a comprehensive exam and a treatment plan that prioritizes by urgency and budget. We'll show you everything we see, what needs to happen now versus later, and lay out options at different price points.
Will my insurance cover restorative work?
Most PPO plans cover a portion of restorative work - typically 50-80% of basic procedures (fillings, simple extractions) and 50% of major procedures (crowns, bridges, dentures). We verify and apply benefits before treatment begins.
Are amalgam (silver) fillings still safe?
Yes - silver fillings are FDA-approved and have decades of safety data. We default to tooth-colored composite fillings for cosmetic and conservative-prep reasons, but won't pressure replacement of safe, intact existing amalgam.
