Partial Dentures in Arlington, TX
Replace several missing teeth without an implant - discreet, removable, comfortable. $899 self-pay, custom-fit to your remaining teeth.

A budget-friendly path back to a complete smile.
A partial denture fills in gaps where you have several missing teeth - without needing an implant or a fixed bridge. It clips onto your remaining teeth for stability and comes out for cleaning.
For patients who aren't ready for implants (or the budget required), a well-made partial restores your smile and chewing function at a fraction of the cost. Modern materials make today's partials thinner and more comfortable than older designs.

Why patients choose Partials.
Most affordable replacement
Significantly less than implants or fixed bridges, while still restoring smile and chewing.
Discreet design
Modern clasps and frames are designed to hide behind your existing teeth - most aren't visible when you smile.
Preserves remaining teeth
Filling gaps prevents your other teeth from drifting or tilting into the empty space - protecting what you have.
Removable for cleaning
Take it out daily to clean both the partial and your gums thoroughly - better hygiene than fixed alternatives.
$899 - custom partial denture
Includes impressions, framework design, fittings, and the final partial. For uninsured patients. Insurance commonly covers a portion - call for a benefits-verified quote.

Partial Dentures FAQs
Partials vs bridges — which is better?
Bridges are permanent and feel more natural but require grinding down adjacent teeth. Partials are removable and don’t alter healthy teeth, but require nightly cleaning.
Are partials uncomfortable?
Custom-fitted partials are comfortable. There’s a 1–2 week adjustment period.
How do I clean a partial?
Remove daily, brush with a denture brush, soak overnight in denture cleaner, and avoid hot water (it warps).

What's the difference between a partial and a full denture?
A full (complete) denture replaces ALL the teeth in one arch. A partial replaces SOME teeth - it clips onto the remaining natural teeth for stability. Partials only work if you still have enough healthy teeth left to anchor to.
Will the clasps show when I smile?
For most patients, no - modern partials are designed with clasps placed behind your visible teeth. For very visible smile lines, we can use precision attachments instead of metal clasps (additional cost, discussed at consultation).
How is a partial different from a bridge?
A bridge is fixed permanently in place - it requires crowning the teeth on either side of the gap. A partial is removable and clips on without altering the adjacent teeth. Bridges feel more natural; partials are more affordable and reversible.
Can I eat anything with a partial?
Most foods, yes. Once you adapt (usually 2-4 weeks), you should be able to eat normally. We do recommend cutting hard foods (apples, raw carrots) into smaller pieces.
Do partials get more comfortable over time?
Yes - significantly. The first 1-2 weeks are the adjustment period; by week 4 most patients hardly notice it. We see you for fit adjustments during that period.
