Complete Dentures in Arlington, TX
Restore your full smile and chewing comfort with custom-fit complete dentures. $999 self-pay - modern materials, careful fitting, and a confidence boost most patients haven't felt in years.
A full set of teeth, custom-shaped to your face.
A complete denture replaces all the teeth in either your upper or lower jaw. Modern dentures are far more comfortable, more natural-looking, and more functional than the wooden-feeling sets of decades past.
We take careful impressions and try-in fittings to make sure your dentures fit comfortably, look natural, and function well. For patients who want better stability, we also offer implant-supported overdentures (snap-in dentures anchored to 2-4 implants) - discussed at your consultation.
Why patients choose Dentures.
Restore your smile
Many patients tell us they smile, laugh, and engage socially in ways they hadn't for years.
Better chewing & speech
Once fit and adjusted, a good denture restores most of your chewing power and clear speech.
Custom-shaped to your face
Tooth size, shape, color, and gum line are all chosen to look natural and proportional for you.
Decades of denture experience
Comfortable dentures take an experienced eye - small details in fit make the difference between a denture you wear and one you leave in a drawer.

Dentures questions, answered.

How long will it take to get used to dentures?
Most patients adapt fully within 4-6 weeks. The first 1-2 weeks are the hardest - increased saliva, slight slurring, sore spots. We'll see you for adjustments to fix any pressure points.
Will dentures slip when I eat or talk?
A well-fit denture has good suction and shouldn't slip in everyday situations. Adhesive is fine for extra security. If your denture slips frequently, an implant-supported overdenture (2-4 implants anchoring it) is a far more stable option - we offer those starting at $4,499 (lower).
How long do dentures last?
Typical lifespan is 5-8 years before relining or replacement is needed. Your jawbone gradually changes shape over time without teeth, so periodic adjustments or replacement is normal.
Should I take my dentures out at night?
Yes. Removing them at night gives your gums time to rest, reduces irritation, and lets you clean both the dentures and your gums thoroughly. Soak them in water (not hot) overnight.
Will my insurance cover a denture?
Many PPO plans cover a portion of denture costs, especially the lab fabrication and follow-up adjustments. The $999 self-pay price is for uninsured patients - we'll verify your benefits if you have insurance.
